As creatives, we love to be surrounded by new ideas, concepts and the awesome people behind them. These past two weeks we indulged in good wedding design excitement and attended The Cream Event held at the Bookbindery in Los Angeles and The Big Fake Wedding Event held at 440 Seaton. With an endless supply of vendor talent and too much eye candy, we were in wedding inspiration heaven. We loved The Cream for its use of ivory shades paired with wooden, glass and acrylic accents and how it was so perfectly contrasted with the industrial venue. The Big Fake Wedding played up the venue’s exposed brickwork with dramatic mood lighting, dreamy tablescapes and a romantic ceremony setup that had everyone looking like the heart eye emojis . Peep through the images below and prepare to fall in love with it all!
Wishing our backyards looked a little like this right now…
We adore 440 Seaton and the radness of it all. Our design brains were running wild with possibilities especially when we discovered the sweetest industrial elevator that leads to their upper floor and can double as a crazy good grand entrance. Oh and the fact that we valeted right as Bill Hader was walking by to film SNL wasn’t too shabby either #weloveLA.
Anyone else obsessed with these two events as much as we are?!
